Robin has spent years developing his own approach to gemstone cutting, evolving it alongside his jewellery practice with the aim of creating art pieces centred around stones he has cut.

That work is now ready to be showcased, presented through a range of contemporary art pieces that reflect his continued commitment to pushing the boundaries of what a single craftsman can achieve.

Having the ability to cut in house gives Robin the freedom to explore new ideas that would be difficult, if not impossible, to realise with a pre-cut stone.

How it works

Each gemstone is crafted by hand using one of two methods depending on the clients preference.

Master Cut – Traditional Jamb Peg technique, shaped by eye and instinct.
Precision Cut – A balance between traditional hand cutting and the use of angle charts and faceting tools, producing symmetrical stones with a refined, diamond like finish.
